Kids Ministry
At Emmanuel, we love seeing kids grow in faith and discover who they are in God’s big story. On Sundays, children join in worship before heading to engaging, age-appropriate classes using the Wonder Ink curriculum. We also host fun community events and PD Day Camps that help kids learn, play, and experience God’s love in everyday life.

Kids Connect
On Sunday mornings, we value having kids as part of our worship service. Kids begin in the sanctuary. Part way though our Sunday morning service, we have a Kid’s Time of teaching, after which the children are dismissed to their classrooms. We are using the Wonder Ink curriculum to empower kids to understand the fullness of who they are in God’s big story.
On Sunday mornings, we have the following groups for kids:
Toddlers (12mos-4years): check-in upstairs and worship with us until Kid’s Time in the service.
JK-Grade 2: check-in upstairs and worship with us until Kid’s Time, which happens during as part of the service.
Grade 3-5: check-in upstairs and worship with us until Kid’s Time, , which happens during as part of the service.
Infants: there is an infant room for parents use throughout the service
We want to use the resources God’s given us to bless those around us. Our PD (PA) Day Camps are one way we do that! Our PD Day Camps are for ages JK to Grade 5.
We aim to keep the cost low at $25/first child and $12.50 for any additional children. At each camp, we have an inflatable inside our sanctuary for the kids to bounce on and use up some energy.
Snacks are provided but kids bring their own lunch.
Each PD Day has a theme. We have two main teaching and activity sessions based on the theme, as well as crafts and story times in our breakout stations.
On Monday November 17, 2025 we will be hosting our first PD Day Camp of the 2025 – 2026 school year.
