She Leads is a space for women to grow in their walk with Jesus while developing the confidence, wisdom and practical skills to lead well wherever God has placed them.

Whether that is in your home, workplace, church, community or another area of influence, we believe God has given each of us gifts to develop and faithfully use.

Be with Jesus.
Become like Jesus.
Do as Jesus did.

Leadership is both a privilege and a responsibility.

God has uniquely created each of us with gifts, strengths and opportunities to influence the people and places around us. She Leads creates space for women of all ages to discover those strengths, grow spiritually and develop practical leadership skills.

Through Christ-centred teaching, meaningful conversation and leadership development, we will learn together how to:

  • Grow in our relationship with Jesus

  • Better understand ourselves and others

  • Communicate with wisdom and confidence

  • Navigate challenges in healthy ways

  • Develop the gifts God has given us

  • Lead with authenticity and spiritual depth

  • Make a positive impact where God has placed us

Leadership can be learned, strengthened and refined. Our desire is to become women who lead well because we are first learning to follow Jesus well.

Who Is She Leads For?

She Leads is for women of all ages who desire to grow in their leadership and in their walk with Jesus.

You do not need to hold a formal leadership position.

If you want to grow, learn, become more intentional about how you influence others and faithfully use the gifts God has given you, you are welcome.
